All the insights in one place

  • An agreed take on the business

DNCO, The sister agency to Showhere had a wealth of knowledge about the industry and its clients but had never put it down on paper. Stakeholders take on its users needed to be aligned.

  • A range of users technical literacy

Sales reps have a highly diverse level of technical literacy. From digital experts to old-school phone callers. If the product got in the way of their work they wouldn’t use it.

  • The Chaos of Collaboration

Creating presentations was chaotic and hard for developers, salespersons, and designers to collaborate on. Content managers were overloaded with trying to facilitate all users.

  • Wasted platform features

Presenting features weren’t being used. Sales agents would dismiss features like high-definition screen sharing or interactive slides for the ease of a PDF.

  • Sales were stuck in the past

Follow-up for development sales was extremely siloed. Endless calls and email chains meant a lack of transparency in sales lead and their conversions.

  • Presenting for a Remote Generation

For a Post Covid era, sales had moved dramatically into the remote space. The best fidelity of presentation was expect from prospecting buyers,

The resulting web and application platforms offered a refined way for Developers to sell real estate. From setting up teams to collaborating on presentations and following up with sales.

A new presentation experience

Refining ways of presenting

Presenting used to be complex with the previous platform. We looked to bring ease back in presenting through a simplified and recognizable interface. We wanted agents with varying levels of technical literacy to feel confident.

I built a system that would effortlessly work between an in-house marketing suite that was connected to building maquettes or a remote session that showed High-resolution versions of the platform.

The handover of collateral is vital in the sales process. Previously there was no single format of collateral that agents used. A mix of digital and print meant that keeping a single up-to-date version was impossible.

By using a shareable client version of the presentation as collateral I was able to solve this issue. Using adaptive versions for different clients needs that include data tracking to support sales analytics.

Smart collateral for Clients

Introducing property sales to analytics

Analytics had never been utilized by some of the biggest developers in the UK for sales.

To help sales we captured client engagement on the shareable presentation collateral. Allowing sales agents to gather areas of interest within the property on a client-by-client basis.

For internal use, I showcased performance data for presentations. Giving them a better understanding of how sales were being conducted and the overall performance of development teams.

Building presentations in Property sales requires them to be adaptable to the different parts of development and their clients. Copy upon copy of versions had caused havoc for sales teams in the past.

I built document versioning to help developers build a single source for a presentation. While allowing agents to adapt new versions for their specific clients.

New ways to create for sales

Building beautiful presentations

The approach to building presentations has been established for decades. We saw an opportunity to bring new ways to organize through a Kanban board approach. Helping manage slide-heavy presentations with groupings, columns, and slides. This also supported navigation interactions that helped agents move seamlessly through sections, chapters, and groups of slides.

The Property sales business was variable along its sales journey and had many roles involved. We looked to build a system that simply organized roles and accessibility to document construction and presenting.

This allowed people in Developers to have a view over all presentations and versions. Whilst marketing managers constructed content and versions for sales agents to present.

A solid management system

A marketting site was created to introduce the platform and capture new business. WHilst pullign togethr the overall brand and design stsyem.
